JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, performs semi-skilled work in the National Resource and Logistics Management Bureau (NRLMB) and does other related work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Serves as Forklift Operator and shall be responsible for the transfer of goods to its intended delivery/storage area.
2. Assists in the positioning, prepositioning, and repositioning of goods inside the warehouse.
3. Reconciles with warehouseman/assistant warehouseman on the quantity of goods transferred from one warehouse to another warehouse.
4. Ensures regular check-up and maintenance of transport equipment and shall also be accountable for its safe and efficient operation.
5. Assists in conducting actual inventory count of raw and packaging materials/operates the equipment/machine in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
6. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.
