JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Chief, Personnel Administration Division (PAD), and the Section Head, performs administrative support functions along personnel administration in accordance with existing policies/guidelines.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Provides assistance to the Section as need arises
2. Acts as incoming and outgoing staff of the Section
3. Ensures received applications for leave are confirmed in the Human Resource Management Information System
4. Assists the Section’s designated Records/Database Personnel
5. Responds to special concerns/assignments as need arises
6. Does other clerical tasks as may be assigned

8. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable (For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required).
