JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision, serves as clerk, supply officer, projector and sound system operator; assist in daily office needs and in the management of general administrative activities; and other related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Operates and maintains equipment such as microphones, projector, lighting and sound mixing equipment of AS-BGMD;
2. Set up, operate, and dismantle Audio-Visual equipment for events, meetings, training, and presentations conducted by AS-BGMD;
3. Monitor and submits supplies inventory report;
4. Assist BGMD Chief, Engineers and Architects in the preparation of meeting and conference materials;
5. Assist the BGMD Chief, Engineers, Architects and Admin Officers in all administrative and clerical works;
6. Prepare and submit periodic reports to immediate supervisors; and
7. Undertake other tasks that may be assigned from time to time related to BGMD functions.
Job Outputs:
1. Maintained projector, microphones, sound system, photocopies, and other equipment;
2. Supplies inventory;
3. Letters, Memoranda, documents, forms, emails and other related communication;
4. Other reports as may be required.
