JOB DESCRIPTIONUnder immediate supervision, performs administrative support and clerical functions.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Document Tracking System – Track/account all incoming and outgoing documents (encoding and uploading)
2. Maintenance and safekeeping – Filling of documents according to Files Classification Guide of the Department.
3. Assist in preparation of valueless document
4. Monitoring of 8888/CSC CCB Complaint
5. Monitoring of FOI Compliance on all types of media and communication form
6. Answering telephone inquiry and endorsing to focal person
7. Monitoring and assisting audit records corrective action report by AS-RAMD
8. Administrative support to SWIDB Activity
9. Perform other related task assigned by immediate supervisor
Job Outputs:
Under general supervision of the Director III, serves as Records Management Officer, Records Incoming and outgoing documents, Bureau’s email administrator and draft simple memoranda.

8. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable (For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required).
