JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision of the Unit Head of the Administrative Unit of Administrative Service – Office of the Director (AS-OD), performs clerical functions, performs simple but responsible sub-professional or professional work, and does other related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Draft/prepare communications such as correspondence and memoranda;
2. Assist in the preparation of inventory report for PPE and semi-expandable properties
3. Assist in the preparation of the indicative Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) of AS-OD.
4. Prepares Purchase Request (PR), Requisition and Issue Slip (RIS) based on the approved PPMP of AS-OD;
5. Prepares/conduct market scanning in the procurement of goods and services of AS-OD;
6. Keeps records and dispose documents for AS-OD in accordance with the pertinent rules and regulations;
7. Assists in the general functions of the Unit;
8. Act as the Alternate Records Officer of AS-OD
9. Act as one of the Alternate Performance Management System (PMS) Focal of AS;
10. Act as the Alternate Designated Property and Supply Custodian of AS-OD;
11. Act as Alternate Designated Procurement Officer of AS-OD;
12. Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.
