JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision of the AS-RAMD Head, performs administrative and technical functions relative to records and property management; provide technical assistance on records management, draft communications, assist in organizing/conducting workshop/meetings, and does other related work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Maintain, classify and label records for easy retrieval and other documents
2. Assist in the processing of internal and outgoing communications of the Division
3. Conduct inventory of records and properties;
4. Conduct audit on 7s implementation within the Division;
5. Implement and manage both physical and electronic filing systems.
6. Assist in preparing documents, presentations and audio-visual equipment for meetings and related activities; and
7. Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time

1. Letters, memoranda, reports and other documents
2. Updated records and property management systems, monitoring tool and
inventory reports
3. Updated filing, labeling and disposition of records and properties.

If two (2) or more vacant positions with the same title and Salary Grade are published at the same time, and there is only one (1) longlist of applicants provided by HRMDS, additional two (2) applicants for every Regular Position will be added on top (5) highest rating. However, all the additional shortlisted positions meet the 80\% cut off.

9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.

(i) For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required.
(ii) For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from the public sector: Latest and duly approved Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF).
