JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision and following the detailed rules and procedures, performs the simplest routine, professional work of attending to administrative requirements of the HRMDS including liaising services of confidential documents. Acts as Central Office Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board (CO-HRMPSB) Secretariat for 1st level permanent positions and does other related work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Maintains and updates Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP) monitoring tool;
2. Develops RSP related monitoring tools;
3. Assists in the maintenance of ICT equipment of the Section;
4. Monitor and diagnose malfunction of ICT equipment of the Section;
5. Drafts simple routine documents such as transmittal letters, special orders, certificates, vouchers, and other documents as may be required;
6. Handles records management of the Section, tracks documents and office communications in the Data Tracking System and other similar means;
7. Evaluates applications received vis-à-vis the competency based job description of the position;
8. Prepares longlist of applicants;
9. Functions as CO-HRMPSB Secretariat for 1st level permanent positions;
10. Drafts Minutes of Meeting during CO-HRMPSB Deliberation;
11. Prepares Resolution, Notice of Shortlist and Appointment;
12. Monitors and updates status of vacant positions and other databases for reference in generation of reports;
13. Provides/conducts completed staff work, coordinates with OBSU and oversight agencies on the preparation and consolidation of evidence requirements under RSP for PRIME-HRM accreditation;
14. Prepares RSP related reports and support/develops RSP related initiatives; and
15. Performs other related human resource functions.

8. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
9. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable (For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required).
