JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the Chief, Personnel Administration Division (PAD) and the Section Head, performs liaison work and other administrative support functions in accordance with existing policies/guidelines.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Submit/file applications for retirement/separation benefits/loans/claims of DSWD Central Office officials/employees to GSIS, PAGIBIG, Philhealth, Landbank and other concerned agencies/institutions.

2. Review/check correctness/completeness of documents/requirements of personnel for transactions with concerned agencies.

3. Provide technical assistance to DSWD Central Office officials/personnel on the processing of their applications/claims.

4. Pick up/receive documents/checks/claims as authorized by concerned DSWD official/personnel.

5. Submit/endorse official documents to concerned agencies when necessary.

6. Keep/sort documents/files/record of transactions.

7. Does other related tasks as may be assigned.


Job Outputs:

1. Liaison work with GSIS, PAGIBIG, Philhealth, Landbank and other concerned agencies/instititutions. 

2. Memoranda/Letters/Application Forms/Files/Records

3. Other administrative support functions.

8. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.

(i) For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required.
