JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, performs highly skilled and responsible clerical functions and administrative support to his/her section; and does other related works.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Performs all clerical works such as typing, recording, posting and other clerical tasks;

2. Preparation, submission, processing and reporting of Requisition and Issue Slip (RIS) and Purchase Requests (PRs) per approved supplemental/revised Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) transactions which includes updating of monitoring tool of procurement transactions;

3. Incoming and Receiving of incoming and outgoing documents/correspondence properly scanned and uploaded in a file/folder for easy retrieval;

4. Maintains and safe keeps records related to office functions and services;

5. Performs/takes minutes of staff and committee meetings;

6. Preparation of Memoranda and Feedback Reports; and

7. Answers and make telephone calls

1. Letters/Memoranda/Reports/Minutes of the Meeting

2. Organized Data Tracking System

3. Organized files/records

4. Other reports as may be required

7.Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;

8.Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and 

9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, if applicable.

Note: For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from public sectors, latest and duly approved Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) is required.
