PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education        : At least college graduate
Experience       : One (1) year of relevant experience
Training            : Eight (8) hours training relevant to the job

JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision, performs secretarial, administrative support and clerical functions for his/her section; and does related work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.    Receives, records and endorses all incoming and outgoing communication to incoming/outgoing clerk;
2.    Encodes and files communication, reports, proposal, checks, vouchers, RIS/PR, MOAs, payroll and other documents;
3.    Screen, review, encode outgoing communications to DSWD Filed Office of the Department and prepare for dispatch through private courier;
4.    Alternate Property Officer of AS-RAMD;
5.    Maintains office reports and other documents;
6.    Answer and make telephone call;
7.    Performs other clerical works such as encoding, recording, posting and other clerical tasks; and
8.    Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.
