PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (COMPETENCY-BASED)

-Experience in government service a plus;

-Good oral and written ability;

-Remarkable attention to detail, results-oriented, can efficiently work under pressure;

-Strong interpersonal skills, good moral character and work ethics; and

-Working knowledge of MS Office and other computer applications.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the direction of the Legal Service (LS) Director and pertinent Legal Service Division Chief.

Functions and Responsibilities

Under immediate supervision, candidates for the position shall perform the following functions aside from other duties and responsibilities to be assigned by their supervisor:

1.Draft memoranda and basic legal documents;

2.Assist lawyers in case management especially but not limited to transcription of cases’ stenographic notes and other related activities;

3.Take action on concerns pertaining to records management;

4.Manage property and supply accountabilities of the office;

5.Provide support in finance and procurement activities of the office;

6.Assist in applicable system administration/computer application management and infrastructure management;

7.Attend to assigned administrative duties and responsibilities; and

8.From time to time, the Director may assign other related tasks and responsibilities.

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score of Education, Training and Experience (ETE) 

                                                         

Second Shortlisting:

Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%

9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or any of its equivalent, if applicable.
