PREFERRED ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Education          :  College graduate preferably Office Administration, Business Management or any related course

Experience        :  1 year of relevant experience

Training             :  4 hours of relevant training

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision, performs secretarial and clerical functions for the Service Director; and does other related work.

PRIMARY TASKS

Records all incoming and outgoing communications; Encodes confidential correspondence, reports and other documents; Maintains and updates official files; Keeps all and schedules and reminders; Answers and makes telephone calls; Interviews and screen persons seeking assistance from the Director; Writes / prepares communications / memoranda / letters; Documents general/technical staff meetings and other similar engagements of the Director.

9.   Performs other tasks as maybe assigned by the Director of SMS

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% of the maximum total score of ETE and only those who obtained an average percentile on Purdue Non-Language Test

Second Shortlisting:

Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%
