Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business-related courses

Additional Competency:
1. Computer literate with knowledge on MS Office Applications;
2. Good written and oral communication skills;
3. Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure.
Job Summary:
1. Under general supervision, performs clerical functions in the cashiering unit; and does other related work.
Primary Tasks:
1. Prepares advice of checks issued and cancelled (check advice, IC and Manual advice);
2. Prepares warrant of checks and ADA issued;
3. Typing of checks for payment;
4. Segregation and filing of paid disbursement vouchers;
5. Performs other related tasks.
