Job Summary:


Under immediate supervision, assist the Human Resource Management Officer in the implementation of personnel management; performs clerical functions in the Personnel Division/Unit; and does other related work.


Primary Tasks:

1. Prepares acceptance, endorsement to the Undersecretary for IDG, and attaching the approved paid absence of qualified Solo Parent COS worker to his/her DTR;

2. Prepares Notices of Step Increment/Salary Adjustments (NOSA);

3. Updates Leave Cards of Regular Workers;

4. Prepare Terminal Leave Claims;

5. Prepare Cost of compensation for personnel for each part/unit of the structure;

6.   Processes Application for Retirement/Policy Maturity and Surrender Cash Value (GSIS);

7. Prepares data of Personnel Services for the inclusion of Work and Financial Plan;

8. Facilitates benefits of employees (Health Insurance, GSIS, Philhealth claims and other benefits);

9. Updates plantilla of personnel online (DBM);

10. Prepares Service Records/Certificate of discrepancy of leave credits of Devolved Workers;

11. Prepares Personal Services Itemization and Plantilla of Personnel (PSIPOP);

12. Prepares report for List of retirees;

13. Manages individual personnel records including laws, rules and regulations on personnel management;

14. Processes Leave Applications;

15.  Prepares Monthly Summary Report on Leave of Absences;

16.  Prepares Monthly Report on Leave Credit Balances of all Employees;

17.  Consolidates/prepares list of employees submitted Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Networth (SALN) for submission to Ombudsman and Central Office;

18. Performs other related tasks.
