JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Chief, Personnel Administration Division (PAD) and the Section Head, performs administrative support functions along personnel administration in accordance with existing policies/guidelines.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.Prepares simple routinary communication, e.g. letters, memoranda;
2.Prepares Clearance with Monitoring Report of Separated MOA workers;
3.Compute absences, tardiness, under time and overtime services rendered based based on the Daily Time Record (DTR);
4.Compute the money value of absences without pay;
5.Prepares payroll, DVs, remittances, reports related to compensation and benefits for special programs;
6.Acts as counterpart of OBSUs focal related payroll concerns of Special Programs;
7.Provides technical assistance to CO OBS when needed in relation to compensation and benefits and concerns of special programs;
8.Responds to special concerns/assignments as need arises;
9.Performs logistical functions/ do errands; and
10.Does other related tasks as may be assigned.

1.Memoranda/letters
2.Payroll worksheets/registers, Remittances, DVs, pay slips and other documents related to compensation and benefits
3.Files/Records
4.Other personnel transaction related to Compensation and Benefits
5.Clearances of separated MOA workers/monitoring report.

10. Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal) from the previous/current employer.
