PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education          :  Completion of two years studies in college

Experience        :  1 year of relevant experience

Training             :  Must have at least 8 hours of relevant training

JOB DESCRIPTION

Acts as System Administrator of Portal System of Air Transport Services; Under immediate supervision, reconciles payments on Air Transport Service with billing statements; prepares disbursement vouchers.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Reviews the completeness of the documents submitted by Air Transport Reservation Officer (ATRO) for the processing of payment of Air Transport Service;

2.     Reconciles all air transport services booked/transactions with billing statement/ payments processed;

3.     Encodes billing statement sent by the air transport service provider;

4.     Prepares tax certificates;

5.     Reviews and sends advice of payment and details to air transport service provider through email;

6.     Prepares summary of payments for submission to air transport service provider for reconciliation;

7.     Attends/facilitates to requests for air transport service from different offices of Administrative Service;

8.     Disbursement vouchers on Air Transport Service availed;

9.     Provides technical assistance to Air Transport Reservations Officers;

10.  Files documents regarding Air Transport Services; and

11.  Performs other tasks and designations as may be assigned.

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% of the maximum total ETE score and only those who obtained an average Percentile on the IQT
