CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education        : Completion of two (2) year studies in college
Experience       : One (1) year of relevant experience
Training            : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility           : Career Service Sub-Professional/ 1st Level Eligibility
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education        : Completion of two (2) year studies in college
Experience       : One (1) year and above of experience relevant to the job
Training            : Four (4) hours of relevant training

ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES
1.    Computer literate with knowledge on MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
2.    With knowledge on property management
3.    Good written and oral communications skills
4.    Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure
JOB SUMMARY
Under immediate supervision, performs secretarial, administrative support and clerical functions for his/her section and does related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.    Performs secretarial functions;
2.  Tracks, checks, and ensures completeness and appropriateness of attachments and documents (incoming and outgoing)
3.  Prepares and files incoming and outgoing communications, monitor submission of reports and other documents required by the Office;
4.    Records, requests and monitors office supplies requirements and issuances;
5.    Maintains files and records related to office function and service;
6.    Assists in the general functions of the assigned section;
7.    Process request for Portable Equipment Property Sticker (PEPS);
8.    Submits reports, regular or special, as required; and
9.    Perform other related tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.
