disbursement of government funds

Job Summary:
Act as Cashier/Special Disbursing Officer and Petty Cash Custodian
Act as Designate Property/Supply Custodian
Act as Records Custodian
Implements retention and disposal schedules of documents and supplies/properties
Classify and safekeeping of relevant documents and supplies/properties
Facilitates procurement of supplies and properties
Coordinate with concerned offices such as Local Government Units, Landbank of the Philippines, Bureau of Treasury and other agencies/entities
Prepares financial documents such as petty cash vouchers, disbursement voucher for payments and liquidation report for cash advance
Performs other related tasks.
