CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education        : Completion of two (2) year studies in College
Experience       : One (1) year of relevant experience
Training            : Four (4) hours of relevant training

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education        : Bachelor’s degree preferably on Office Administration, Development Communication, Public Administration, Economics, Business Management and other allied courses OR completion of two-year studies in College
Experience       : One (1) year of very satisfactory administrative and logistical support services e.g.  data banking filing of documents and various administrative support tasks
Training            : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility           : Career Service Sub-Professional/ First Level Eligibility
ADDITIONAL COMPETENCY
Computer literate; with very good communication skills; with very good coordination and networking skills with stakeholders; with positive work attitude; and can work well under pressure.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Performs the overall administrative support for the Department Legislative Liaison Officer and DLLO technical staff as it maintains day to day coordination and collaboration with both Houses of Congress under the general supervision of the DLLO head.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.    Records and oversees all incoming and outgoing communications;
2.    Types correspondences, reports and other documents;
3.    Prepares and submits Project Management Procurement Plan (PMPP)
4.    Maintains and updates official files;
5.    Postings of DSWD’s Official Position Papers in the Website;
6.    Keeps all schedules and reminders of the Supervisor and technical staff;
7.    Answers and places telephone calls
8.    Operates fax machine and transmits messages to both Houses of Congress, Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO), DSWD OBSUs, Field Offices, Attached Agencies, concerned National Government Agencies (NGAs) and other stakeholders;
9.    Undertakes initial gathering from persons who wish to see the DLL Officer, Supervisor and technical staff;
10. Renders additional services as authorized in the exigency of the service which shall be compensated accordingly;
11. Undertakes authorized official travel; the cost of travel to be shouldered by the First Party at the rate allowed under the existing Department of Budget and Management (DM) guidelines and Commission on Audit (COA) rules and regulations; and
12. Performs other related functions as the need arises.
