JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision of the Unit Head of the Administrative Unit of Administrative Service-Office of the Director (AS-OD), performs technical functions on assigned representations, follows detailed rules and procedures; with limited latitude for the exercise of independent judgment, performs simple but responsible sub-professional or professional work.


Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Draft/prepare communications such as letter, correspondence, memoranda, feedback report, documentation report;

2. Consolidate and draft Client Satisfaction Measurement Report (CSMR)

3. Provide Technical Assistance to AS Divisions on CSMR updates

4. Assists in the general functions of the Unit;

5. Act as the Designated Property and Supply Custodians for AS-OD;

6. Act as the Designated Procurement Officer AS-OD;

7. Act as the CSMR Focal;

8. Act as the Safety Evacuation Officer of AS-OD; and

9. Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.


Job Output:

1. Letters/Memoranda/Notice of Meetings/other communication documents

2. Minutes of the meeting/summary of agreements and updates

3. CSMR quarterly and Monthly reports

4. Draft PPMP

5. Other communications and reports as may be required

Applicants should be guided by the following Criteria for Evaluation:

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% of the minimum total score of Education, Training and Experience (ETE) 


Maximum Total Score of ETE only - 60%

75% of 60 = 45%

Second Shortlisting:

Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%


If two (2) or more vacant positions with the same title and salary grade are published at the same time, and there is only one (1) longlist applicants provided by HRMDS, additional two (2) applicants for every regular position will be added to the top five (5) highest rating. However, all the additional shortlisted positions should meet the 80\% cut off.


Consists of ETE, IQT, Special Examination, Competency-Based Interview and Performance Rating.
