Education        : Bachelor's degree in Social Science or other related course

JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision of the Section Head or the Administrative Officer V of the Inventory and Disposal Section (IDS), Supervising Administrative Officer and the Chief of the Property and Asset Management Division; follows detailed rules and procedures; with limited latitude for the exercise of independent judgment, performs simple but responsible sub-professional or professional work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.  Prepares documents needed in responding various issues and concerns relative to real property management;
2.    Updates property records in PREMIS;
3.    Assists in the general functions of the section;
4.    Acts as Focal person/ representative to different committees;
5.    Prepares reports and other documents relative to inventory and disposal of properties
6.    Provides secretariat services to the various concerned committees;
7.    Submit reports, regular or special, as required; and
8.    Perform other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.
JOB OUTPUTS
1.    Reports on the status if actual inventory taking and disposal of properties
2.    Letters/ Memoranda/ Notice of Meetings/ other communication documents
3.    Briefers, reports, minutes of the meeting/ summary of agreements and updates
4.    Draft policies/guidelines on real property management, concept papers/notes, briefers, among others
5.    Other reports as may be required
