Job Summary:
The Administrative Officer II acts as Payroll Officer. Responsible for overall preparation of payroll of regular, casual and contractual employees salary, personnel grants, honoraria and other benefits and incentives, remittances and other related matters concerning Pantawid personnel.
Job Outputs:
Prepared documents/certifications in a timely manner and prepared payroll for salary, remittances and other grants on time with complete and correct attachment.
Maintained and updated GMIS
Maintained and updated 201 files of personnel
Primary Tasks:
Monitoring of the employees submitted monthly DTRs with complete attachments and accurately compute the tardiness, absences and undertime prior to the release of salaries;
Facilitate preparation and issuance of memorandum to the concerned employees on late/non-submission of DTR;
Facilitate and accurately prepare the requested certification/documents (copy of Pay slip, etc.)
Facilitate preparation of personnel grants, honoraria, and other benefits/incentives (RATA, Bonus, CNA, Magna Carta, Clothing, PBB, hazard pay, PEI, Cash Gift, SRI,salary premium, gratuity pay, additional premium, etc.) ;
Facilitate and prepare uploading of employees GSIS Forms A, B, C, D, and E requirements thru GSIS Web MSP;
Facilitate preparation of monthly salary payroll and pay slip with accurate details of compensation and deductions;
Facilitate preparation of monthly OBS, DV, and PACS of salaries with accurate details/amount;
Facilitate preparation of OBS and DV of employees remittances (GSIS, PHIC, PAGIBIG, SSS, CBC, PhilLife, MBA, SWEAP, LBP, etc.) with accurate amount and appropriate attachments;
Facilitate preparation of payroll for personnel grants, honoraria, and other benefits/incentives (RATA, Bonus, CNA, Magna Carta, Clothing, PBB, hazard pay, PEI, Cash Gift, SRI,salary premium, gratuity pay, additional premium, etc.) with accurate computation and appropriate attachments ;
Facilitate preparation of OBS, DV, and PACS of personnel grants, honoraria, and other benefits/allowances (RATA, Bonus, CNA, Magna Carta, Clothing, PBB, hazard pay, PEI, Cash Gift, SRI, salary premium, gratuity pay, additional premium, etc.) with accurate computation and appropriate attachments;
In charge on the updating of GMIS and 201 Files of personnel
