JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the supervision of the Chief, Personnel Administration Division (PAD) and the Section Head, performs administrative/technical functions along personnel administration in accordance with existing policies guidelines.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.Assists in the preparation of annual Budget Proposal on Personnel Services and other PS related concern documents such as encoding to the DBM system for Budget Proposals, consolidates reports of Field Offices on PS requirement, etc;
2.Prepares routinary and/or highly technical Memoranda and other office communications;
3.Updates/monitors compensation and benefits related database/systems to include the DBM Government Manpower Information System;
4.Conducts research studies/data gathering, data and statistical analysis, and prepares write-ups and reports;
5.Assists in devising useful and user-friendly monitoring systems for the payment of compensation and benefits of DSWD CO employees;
6.Coordinates with other agencies concerning personnel matters specially on compensation and benefits;
7.Reviews existing policies and recommends amendments/enhancements to adapt to existing conditions;
8.Drafts replies to queries based on existing policies, guidelines and established procedures; and
9.Does other related tasks as may be assigned.
