of Accountancy, Business Administration, Management Accounting and other Commerce-related courses
Training : Four Hours of Relevant Training
Experience : At least one (1) year of relevant experience in
the areas of financial management relevant to government cashiering
Eligibility : Career Service Professional/2nd Level Eligibility
Job Summary:
Accommodate releases or receipt of Cash from SDOs for payout or safekeeping at any time of the day, 24/7
Prepare/reconstruct organizational staffing structure of Cash Section.
Approve online Advice of Checks and ADA issued in payment of obligations
Comply directives or to respond to AOMs concerning Cash Section issues.
Facilitate fund transfers or encashments of SWAD offices - Cebu, no. of beneficiaries, signatures and all SDOs.
Support implementation of Programs ex. SAP, AICS, etc by monitoring status of cash and preparation of other related reports.
Act as liaison in the absence of the liaison officer.
Prepared monthly RAAF (Report of Accountability of Accountable Forms).
