JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of the Chief/OIC of Personnel Administration (PAD) and with some latitude for the exercise of independent judgment, performs somewhat difficult responsible professional work requiring training, considerable experience and knowledge along personnel administration.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.Checks/reviews appointment papers/requirements of newly hired/appointed/promoted DSWD CO officials and employees based on existing guidelines;
2.Manages/updates electronic plantilla of the Central Office;
3.Checks/reviews entitlement of DSWD CO officials/employees to Loyalty Awards, Step Increment, Longevity for PSWs, PBB and other incentives;
4.Facilitates application for leave, request for alternative work arrangement, request for practice of profession, official travels of DSWD FO officials and other Field Offices transactions/documents;
5.Prepares/Drafts communications, memoranda, guidelines, project proposals as assigned;
6.Acts as Resource Person/Secretariat to training/orientations;
7.Prepares BP 204, BP205 and other documents of Central Office and Field Offices for the Personnel Funding submitted to DBM;
8.Updates and maintains service cards, e-plantilla and working plantilla to include e-PSIPOP of CO and FOs;
9.Provides Technical Assistance to CO-OBS and FOs on personnel transaction, when needed;
10.Acts as representative of the Section Chief to meetings/activities as need arises; and
11.Performs other related tasks that may be assigned.

10. Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or its equivalent for external applicants (Performance Evaluation/Appraisal) from the previous/current employer.
