CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education        : Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience       : One (1) year of relevant experience
Training            : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Eligibility           : Career Service Professional/ Second (2nd) Level Eligibility
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Education        : Bachelor degree in of Social Science or other related course
Experience       : Two (2) years of relevant experience
Training            : Eight (8) hours of training on property management and supervisory/leadership training
Eligibility           : Career Service Professional/ Second (2nd) Level Eligibility

JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision of the Section Head or Administrative Officer V with some latitude for the exercise of independent judgment, prefers somewhat difficult sub-professional or professional work, requires training with moderate experience and broad knowledge on warehouse management and inventory taking.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.    Assists ADOF V in monitoring the Section personnel;
2.    Prepare documents needed in responding various issues and concerns relative to property management;
3.    Ensure PREMIS is well-managed and accuracy and updated property records;
4.    Identify and recommend priorities for policy and guidelines formulation to ensure accomplishments of the PSAMD deliverables;
5.    Focal person/ representative to different committees;
6.    Provides needed technical assistance to DSWD Central Office OBSUs and DSWD Field Offices;
7.    Perform related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Outputs:
1.    Monitor and provide report on the functionality of PREMIS
2.    Reports on property accountabilities per office/personnel
3.    Updated property records in the existing system (PREMIS)
4.    Letters/memoranda/notice of meetings/ other communication documents
5.    Briefers, reports, minutes of the meeting/summary of agreements and updates
6.    Draft policies/guidelines on real property management, concept papers/notes, briefers, among others
7.    Proposals, Terms of References
8.    Other reports as may be required
