JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, performs technical tasks and support services functions related to general services activities, implementation of policies; and does related work.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.Acts as Performance Management System focal, overall Safety and Health Officer, and Overall 8888 focal person of the Division;
2.Prepares activity/project proposals, concept papers, Terms of Reference and other research documents concerning security including other technical documents related to general services which may be assigned by the Division Chief;
3.Ensures that all security concerns are coordinated, managed and monitored with completed staff work as per timeline set;
4.Identifies and recommends new policies and processes to meet organizational excellence;
5.Assists other Sections to improve the quality of projects, activities and targets;
6.Provides technical and consultative services to DSWD Field Offices, SWADAs and stakeholders/partners related to general services activities;
7.Checks the GSD Section's accomplishment reports and other reportorial requirements that may be submitted by each Section from time to time;
8.Assists in the preparation of Division Performance Contract and ensures that all targets are met from time to time; and
9.Perform other related tasks/designations that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Outputs:
1.Letters, Memoranda;
2.Reports, Proposals, Concept Paper and other research documents;
3.Guidelines, Policies; and
4.Contracts with Service Providers.

Initial Shortlisting:
Obtain 75% of the minimum total score of Education, Training and Experience (ETE);
Maximum Total Score of ETE only - 60%; 75% of 60 = 45%
Second Shortlisting:
Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%
