ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER V (MANAGEMENT AND AUDIT ANALYST III)

CSC PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education          :  Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience        :  Two (2) years of relevant experience

Training             :  Eight (8) hours of relevant training

Eligibility            :  Career Service Professional/ Second (2nd) Level Eligibility

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education          : Bachelor's degree relevant to the job preferably Public Administration, Legal Management, Operations Management and other courses related to Management

Experience        : Three (3) years of relevant experience

Training             : Twenty-four (24) hours of relevant training

JOB SUMMARY

Under immediate supervision. shall perform administrative and technical functions. He/she shall be responsible in the conduct of review, examination and identification of gaps on processes and systems design and structure, and does other related functions.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.     Review and examine existing organizational structure and identify gaps;

2.     Conduct assessment/evaluation and recommend course of action to improve process and procedures in consonance with DSWD trust and priorities;

3.     Develop Plans and program to standardize structure, processes and;

4.     Maintain and update organizational manuals, and

5.     Performs other related task that maybe assigned.

Job Outputs:

1.     Improve organizational effectiveness

2.     Enhance quality of service and job satisfaction

3.     Process intervention and process re-engineering adherence to the business objective

4.     Updated and enhanced organizational Manuals

Initial Shortlisting:

Obtain 75% of the maximum total score of ETE and only those who obtained an average percentile on Initial Qualifying Test

Second Shortlisting:

Top five highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%
