JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, performs technical and administrative support services functions related to the areas of financial management.  Prepares financial reports and maintains financial records for all funds of the Department and does related works.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Prepares Letter, Memoranda; 

2. Prepares Advice of Checks Issued and Cancelled (ACIC), List of Due and Demandable Accounts Payable-Advice to Debit Account (LDDAP-ADA), Authority to Debit/Credit Account (AD/AC), BDES, and Fund Transfer Allocation (FTA);

3. Prepares financial reports such as Report of Checks Issued (RCI), Status of Fund Utilization and Balances, Status of Fund Releases, Report of Fund Transfer, Report of Validated LDDAP-ADA, Statement of Aging of Unreleased Checks and RCNERP;

4. Upload payroll in WeAccess

5. Check FinDES vs payroll

6. Perform other related task as may be assigned

8. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.

Note:
(i) For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required.
(ii) For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from the public sector: Latest and duly approved Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF).
