JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision of the Unit Head of the Administrative Unit of Administrative Service-Office of the Director (AS-OD), performs technical functions on assigned representations, follows detailed rules and procedures; with limited latitude for the exercise of independent judgment, performs responsible sub-professional or professional work.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.    Draft/prepare communications such as letter, correspondence, memoranda and project  proposals; 

2. Monitor and Consolidate the Quarterly, Semestral and Annual HPMES Reportorial requirements both from Central Office and Fields Offices;

3. Assist the focal for Client Satisfaction Measurement Report (CSMR) in the review and consolidation of the quarterly and annual CSMR report;

4. Assist the Budget Officer of AS in the submission of financial reportorial requirements;

5. Monitors the obligation and disbursement of AS funds; 

6. Assist the Performance Management Team Focal (PMT) in the preparation of Office Performance Contract Review (OPCR) and its corresponding Means of Verification; 

7. Assist the Anti-Red Tape Unit (ARTU) Permanent focal in the monitoring of compliance of AS with EODB-related and quality management reports and deliverables; 

8. Performs other tasks required for the following focal ship:

a. Act as the Alternate Budget Officer of AS;

b. Act as the Alternate Planning Officer of AS;

c. Act as the Alternate PMT Focal of AS; 

d. Act as the ARTU Focal of AS

e. Act as the Records Officer for AS-OD; and

f. Act as one of the Personnel Selection Committee Secretariat (PSC) of AS;

9. Attend meetings, conferences and seminars/workshops on financial and other administrative, planning, and quality management matter;

10. Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time.

1. Memoranda, Project Proposal, Terms of Reference, reports and other communication documents;

2. HPMES Quatery, Semestral and Annual Reports

3. Budget proposals and other financial reports

4. ARTU reports

5. CSMR Quarterly and Annual reports

7. Other communications and reports as may be required.

If two (2) or more vacant positions with the same title and Salary Grade are published at the same time, and there is only one (1) longlist of applicants provided by HRMDS, additional two (2) applicants for every Regular Position will be added on top (5) highest rating. 8. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.

(i) For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required.
(ii) For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from the public sector: Latest and duly approved Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF).
