JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, performs technical and administrative support services functions related to the areas of financial management. Prepares financial reports and maintains financial records for all funds of the Department and does related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Prepares letter, memoranda;
2. Prepares Advice of Checks Issued and Cancelled (ACIC), List of Due and Demandable Accounts Payable-Advice to Debit Account (LDDAP-ADA), Authority to Debit/Credit Account (AD/AC), BDES, and Fund Transfer Allocation (FTA).
3. Prepares financial reports such as Report of Checks Issued (RCI), Status of Fund Utilization and Balances, Status of Fund Releases, Report of Fund Transfer, Report of Validated LDDAP-ADA, Statement of Aging of Unreleased Checks and RCNERP.
4. Handles Cash Advance up to Php30M, as needed and prepares liquidation report;
5. Consolidates financial reports of Central Office and Field Offices;
6. Prepares financial reports for oversight agencies; and
7. Perform other related task as may be assigned
