JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision and with some latitude for the exercise of independent judgement, and in accordance with existing guidelines, rules and regulations and protocols, performs administrative functions along personnel administration and does other related work.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Prepares reports, letters, memoranda, and other forms of communications

2. Prepares/processes payroll/vouchers and other financial documents

3. Computes salaries and deductions

4. Computes Daily Time Records/leave credits

5. Monitors attendance

6. Process leave application and terminal leave benefits

7. Coordinates with other agencies concerning personnel matters

8. Acts as secretariat to various committees

9. Assist in the conduct of research studies/data gathering and prepare write-ups and statistical report

10. Technical Assistance to other offices pertaining to leave administration 

11. Perform other related human resource functions.
