JOB DESCRIPTION

Under general supervision, performs supervisory, technical, and support functions of the Logistics Management Division (LMD) and does other related work.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1.      Acts as the unit head of the Mechanized Production Unit

2.      Provides technical support to the Production Management Section (PMS)

3.      Implementation of daily FFP production according to the production plan via the Mechanized Production System (MPS)

4.      Supervises the preparation of material requisitions for raw materials, indirect materials and supplies/materials, non-disposable PPEs, as well as mechanized production materials issued to the workforce

5.      Supervises the preparation and set up production workstations, prepositions goods/items, and performs inventory taking of raw materials used and identified as damage or defective

6.      Supervises and ensures the correct distribution, collection and accounting of all supplies/materials, non-disposable PPEs, and other materials issued to workforce including raw materials left in the production area;

7.      Supervises the maintenance and ensures the accuracy of records of inter warehouse releases/transfers of mechanized FFP production, raw materials, indirect materials; and ensure that records are up to date at all times;

8.      Double-checks all daily reports before submission to the section head

9.      Develop and implement standards/criteria for mechanized production of FFPs as well as other PMS activities such as manual FFP production, rice vacuum packing, rice reconditioning/milling;

10.    Performs other tasks as may be required from time to time.
