JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision, performs supervisory, technical, and support functions of the Logistics Management Division (LMD) and does other related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Act as the Head of Production Management Section
2. Provide technical support to the Logistics Management Head in monitoring LMD activities in each respective section;
3. Prepares memorandum/ proposal/ TOR and other correspondents related to the activities/ operations of the Section or Division;
4. Submits Accomplishment Report of the Section / Division;
5. Review reports generated from the Production Management Section specifically on the production of relief goods both Manual and Mechanized, raw materials consumption and wastages;
6. Immediate supervision of machine operators regarding tasking, scheduling and rotation of activities during manual and mechanized production activities;
7. General supervision of all administrative and technical activities of the Production Management Section (PMS);
8. Preparation of FFP production plans for the implementation of the Manual and Mechanized Production Units;
9. General supervision of the preparation of material requisitions for raw materials, indirect materials and supplies/materials, non-disposable PPEs, as well as materials issued to the workforce of the Manual and Mechanized Production Units;
10. General supervision of the preparation and set up production workstations, prepositions goods/items, and performs inventory taking of raw materials used and identified as damage or defective of the Manual and Mechanized Production Units;
11. Coordinates with the Production Management Section staff in Developing and Implementing standards/criteria for manual and mechanized production of FFPs as well as other PMS activities such as manual FFP production, rice vacuum packing, rice reconditioning/milling;
12. Provides technical and consultative services to DSWD Field Offices, SWADAs and stakeholders/partners related to warehousing and logistics management/production of FFPs/internal control policies and standards implementation/ donation facilitation process and volunteers’ assistance procedures.
13. Reviews/ recommends the development and enhancement of policies / guidelines / systems / procedures of NRLMB

2. Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports regarding Mechanized FFP Production Output, Material Usage and Production Cost Report, Material Requisitions and Inventories, Rice Vacuum Packing Machine/Milling Machine Performance and others
