JOB DESCRIPTION

Under immediate supervision, acts as the Section Head; Supervises the overall operation of the Section; performs supervisory tasks in the implementation of guidelines and policies.

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Supervises the operations of the assigned Section;

2. Assist the Officer-In-Charge or Division Chief in the administrative management of the Division;

3. Ensures compliance to the Department’s guidelines and regulations;

4. Acts as Alternate Overall Document Controller of the Department;

5. Recommends guidelines and policies for the proper administrative and logistics management;

6. Ensures that the Standard Operating Procedures lodged under the Section are implemented effectively;

7. Prepares/reviews letters, correspondence and reports pertaining to records;

8. Acts as Resource Person in orientation/workshops/training and meetings;

9. Provides technical assistance to the OBS and Field Offices; and

10. Performs other related tasks as assigned or required.
