JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision, performs clerical tasks such as computer encoding, screening and reviewing of outgoing communications from DSWD Central Office to different DSWD Field Offices, government agencies and other DSWD Partners and Stakeholders; and other administrative functions relative to Records Management.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Screen, review of outgoing communications to DSWD Field Office and Stakeholders;
2. Encoding of document details for dissemination of outgoing communications to different Field Offices/Partners and Stakeholders;
3. Prepare and consolidate documents for delivery;
4. Update in the Enhanced Document and Transaction Management System (EDTMS);
5. Maintains files and update data encoded in the EDTMS;
6. Encodes thru MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
7. Report generation of accomplished works, ex. Feedback and Accomplishment Reports; and
8. Performs other related tasks as assigned or required from time to time related to records management functions.
