JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the direct supervision of the Division Chief, organize and archive footage, set up, operate, and maintain equipment in live events, provide technical assistance in relevance to the audio visual setup.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1.Organize and archive footage;
2.Renders video coverage/documentation of DSWD activities and projects;
3.Assists in photo coverage/documentation of DSWD activities and projects;
4.Provides technical assistance to Field Offices and Central Office units on video and photo coverages; and
5.Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the Division Chief and Director of DMS-MPD.
Job Outputs:
1.Organize and archive footage;
2.Video and photo coverages; and
3.Technical assistance.

Initial Shortlisting:
Obtain 75% or 45 points of the maximum total score of Education, Training and Experience (ETE)
Second Shortlisting:
Top five (5) highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80%

8.Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID /proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC renewal license; and
9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or any of its equivalent, if applicable.
