JOB DESCRIPTION
The Chief Administrative Officer shall lead the implementation of JJWC’s support services and provide oversight function to ensure efficient delivery on matters related to human resource management and development, general administrative services, procurement and finance services including program planning and management.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. As head of the Division, he/she shall direct, supervise, and facilitate the various tasks of the Division to ensure the proper functioning of Budget, Accounting, Cash, Personnel, Property and Supplies, Records and the General Services’ Units;
2. Responsible for the preparation and implementation of an effective financial plan to support the JJWC’s program, activities and projects aimed at achieving its desired outcome and mandate;
3. Formulates and implement the fiscal policies and guidelines of JJWC;
4. Ensures legality and propriety of all financial transactions of JJWC;
5. Prepares required financial reports as required by JJWC and all regulating agencies;
6. Ensures the timely payment of all accountability of the office;
7. Directs the provision of administrative and logistical support to the JJWC and the RJJWC;
8. Plans, programs, and distribute and monitors work of the division;
9. Motivates, train and develop employees;
10. Reviews and evaluates the performance of employees;
11. Maintains morale and discipline among employees;
12. Develops cooperative and well coordinated workforce;
13. Coordinates and cooperates with other organizational units within the agency;
14. Perform other tasks as may be assigned by Deputy Executive Director and Executive Director.

8. Photocopy of Transcript of Records.
