Education
:
Master’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Management, Business/Public Administration or any other related courses. Graduate of Bachelor of Laws is an advantage

Forty-eight (48) hours of training in management and supervision of logistics and production on the management of warehouse, transport, facilities, donations, repacking of relief goods, quality and volunteers’ deployment
Experience
:
At least five (5) years’ experience on supervisory / management related to logistics and production on the management of warehouse, transport, facilities, donations, repacking of relief goods, quality and volunteers’ deployment

JOB DESCRIPTION
Under direction and with substantial latitude for the exercise of independent judgment, serves as the Division Chief for the Administrative Support Division.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Directs, supervises, coordinates the review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, guidelines, systems and processes;
2. Implements policies / mechanisms to ensure transparency and efficiency of procedures;
3. Recommend appropriate actions, policy improvement when necessary on office procedure and management;
4. Supervises the integration/consolidation of programs, activities and projects of NRLMB in the Work and Financial Plan (WFP) which include targets, schedules and performance metrics;
5. Submit outputs of subordinates against performance standards and provide inputs to the Head of NRLMB in rating the performance of subordinates and in identifying performance gaps and proposed staff development interventions;
6. Resolve staff concerns and raise issues to the Head of NRLMB when beyond authority;
7. Update the Head of NRLMB on the status of its deliverables/tasks regularly;
8. Provides supervisory and consultative assistance/services to the Head of NRLMB, partner/stakeholders and FOs and DRCs counterpart to address the challenges encountered on logistics and production in the management of warehouse, transport, facilities, donations, repacking of relief goods, quality and volunteers’ deployment;
9. Act on special cases and request of officials/management relative to their Division’s function;
10. Attend meetings, conferences and other activities in behalf of the Head of NRLMB as delegated;
11. Act as resource person during seminars/trainings/workshops as requested;
12. Assumes supervisory functions in the absence of the Head of NRLMB as delegated;
13. Performs other tasks as may be required by the Head of NRLMB.
Job Outputs:
1. Enhanced policies, guidelines and procedures relative to their Division’s function;
2. Memorandum of Agreement with GOs, NGOs, POs, PAs, etc., during disasters and regular operations;
3. Proposed Operations and Contingency Plan;
4. Consolidated Operations Reports (quarterly, semesterly and annually) of NRLMB;
5. Updates, Memoranda and other office communications; and
6. Technical assistance to DRCs, FOs, LGUs, intermediaries and stakeholders.
