JOB DESCRIPTION
Under immediate supervision, ensures implementation of dormitory policies, rules and regulations, formulates, initiates house rules and regulations; and does other related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Assists the Dormitory Manager II
2. Recommends system/process enhancement on dormitory/facility management
3. Coordinates/arranges schedule of activities of the dormitory/facility
4. Reports and arranges repairs of facilities
5. Initiates strategies for more effective dormitory/ facility services
6. Monitors daily activities of Janitorial personnel (e.g. cleaning and disinfection)
7. Conducts daily monitoring of cleanliness of DSWD-Central Office.
8. Coordinates and responds to all special disinfection requests of DSWD Offices
9. Acts as Alternate Property Officer and Alternative Representative of the AS-GSD
10. Acts as representative of the GSD to special committees such as Anniversary Committee and Year End Evaluation Workshop
11. Acts as a focal of AS-GSD in the Implementation of policies on tobacco control
12. Monitors the complaints received by AS-GSD through the Customer Satisfaction Survey forms
13. Performs other related tasks that shall be assigned from time to time

Initial Shortlisting:
Obtain 75\% of the minimum total score of Education, Training
and Experience (ETE)
Maximum Total Score of ETE only - 60\%
75\% of 60 = 45\%
Final Shortlisting:
Top five (5) or less highest rating but overall rating should not be less than 80\%
If two (2) or more vacant positions with the same title and salary grade are
published at the same time, and there is only one (1) longlist applicants provided
by HRMDS, additional two (2) applicants for every regular position will be added
to the top five (5) highest rating. However, all the additional shortlisted positions
should meet the 80\% cut off.

7. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
8. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
9. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable (For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required).
Internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from the public sector: Latest and duly approved Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR).
