Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Analyze financial transactions and prepare Journal Entry Vouchers;

2. Assist in the preparation of Statement of Unliquidated Cash Advances;

3. Prepare Statement of NCA/NTA Received, Utilization and Balances, Quarterly Balance Sheet, Statement of Income and Expenses, Government Equity and Report of Income;

4. Update and monitor data for AICS;

5. Assist processing of Disbursement Vouchers of external financial claims for Miscellaneous and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) as to validity, accuracy and completeness of supporting documents;

6. Prepare withholding tax certificate for various supplier (BIR Form 2307);

7. Assist review of Purchase Order, Contracts and Memorandum of Agreements (MOA’s) as to completeness of its supporting documents;

8. Review and process payrolls and other Personal Services (PS) as to validity, accuracy and completeness of supporting documents;

9. Review and process remittances of payroll deductions;

10. Assist in the preparation of report of withheld taxes of employees;

11. Assist in the preparation of BIR Form No. 2316 of employees;

12. Prepare certificate of mandatory deduction as per request of employees;

13. Assist in the monitoring of claims and provide technical assistance;

14. Assist in encoding of monthly report for tax remittances;

15. Assist in records management;

16. Prepare draft letters, memoranda and other communications assigned by immediate supervisor; and

17. Performs other administrative tasks that may be directed by the immediate supervisor.

Job Outputs:

1. Prepared Journal Entry Vouchers for approval;

2. Summarized Statement of Unliquidated Cash Advances;

3. Financial Reports (Monthly Trial Balance, Statement of NCA/NTA Received, Utilization and Balances, Quarterly Balance Sheet, Statement of Income and Expenses, Government Equity and Report of Income;

4. Processed Purchased Order, Contracts and MOAs;

5. Processed Payroll and other financial claims of Personnel Services;

6. Summarized Monthly Report of Withholding Tax for BIR remittance;

7. Processed remittances of payroll deductions;

8. Prepared Certificate of mandatory deductions;

9. Prepared BIR Form No. 2316 and 2307;

10. Processed Disbursement Vouchers for claims of external creditors accurately processed and with complete supporting documents;

11. Processed/Reviewed liquidation of AICS;

12. Attached complete checklist of the supporting documents;

13. Submitted Memorandum and letters within the prescribed deadline;

14. Updated records of office supplies for replenishment and balance; documents for storage and for disposal.
