JOB DESCRIPTION
The Division Chief Manages and supervise the whole workforce and operations/service delivery system.
-Ensure that all KRA’s of the division is accomplished
-Supervise, guide, mentor and support the Unit heads in accomplishing their tasks
-Monitor entire staff of their tasks and activities and provide guidance through the Unit heads
-Formulate ICT Service Management policies and plans for systems development and project management: policies and plans for system development and project management
-Provide technical assistance to DSWD Office, Bureaus and Services on ICT Service Management and perform other tasks as may be assigned, designated and/or authorized.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Lead in the preparation of IMD Project Charter, activity proposals, TORs monthly accomplishment reports and other technical documents, and ensure submission of the same on time.
2. Spearhead the budgeting exercise, ensure submission of the Division’s yearly budget, WFP and participate in the budgeting activities and other requirements of the Department.
3. Monitor the implementation and regularly update the status of IMD projects and activities.
4. Provide technical assistance or inputs on the development of ICT policies, guidelines, project proposals, and TORs
5. Manages the daily operation of the division
6. Manages and supervise the IMD staff activities and tasks’
7. Provide timely and responsive technical assistance to Field Offices
8. Answer official documents and assists the director in answering queries related to IMD functions
9. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned
10. All IMD positions are filled
11. Supervise the ICTMS workforce in the conduct of system development and project management services;
12. Formulates Division Performance Contract (DPC) and Division
13. Provide comments and recommendations and endorses Individual Performance Contract (IPC) and Individual Performance Contract Review (IPCR)
14. Prepares periodic performance management reports
15. Perform other task as assigned, designated and/or authorized membership in boards, committees, technical working groups, and other similar groups.

10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.
