Familiarity with office software tools (e.g. Google Workspace). Also organizing meetings, managing office supplies or handling phone systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Under general supervision of the LS Director/OIC, performs administrative support services functions related in the areas of financial management, property management and procurement management. Assist lawyers in case management especially but not limited to transcription of cases’ stenographic notes and other related activities, and does other related works.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Draft memoranda and simple communications;
2. Assist lawyers in case management especially but not limited to transcription of cases’ stenographic notes and other related activities;
3. Provide support in property and supply accountabilities of the office;
4. Designated as Email Administrator;
5. Monitoring of assigned tasks of the Legal Service;
6. Coordinate and calendar Director’s meetings/conference/trainings;
7. Request for technical assistance in error of applicable system administration/computer application management and infrastructure management;
8. Attend to assigned administrative duties and responsibilities;
9. From time to time, the Director/OIC may assign other related tasks and responsibilities.
