JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the limited supervision of the Division Chief/Section Head, the Project Development Officer (PDO) II handles the development and management of projects, specifically on L&D; supervises project teams; provides technical assistance; coordinates the development of capability building projects; submit recommendations, proposals, and reports; monitors implementation of programs; evaluate the implementation, and does other related work.

Capacity Building

1.      Assist in the conceptualization of the capability building programs including course designs, curriculum development, research, and assessment of competency requirements;

2.      Coordinates the capability building programs and projects of the Academy;

3.      Prepares and enhances project proposal/design;

4.      Assist in the management and facilitation of pre, actual and post-conduct of capability building activities

5.      Coordinate with an assist LSPs before, during and after the implementation of CBAs;

6.      Conducts training evaluation and prepares necessary reports;

7.      Develops and enhances training manual/modules;

8.      Document the conduct of CBAs;

9.      Monitor learning activities and administer M&E tools; and

10.   Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.

9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.
