At least 2 years of work-related experience in planning, budget management, policy writing, and/or research in development and government work

Skills

:

Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially MS Excel; proficient in technical writing and research; with advanced knowledge in government planning and budget management cycle.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Development Officer III shall act as lead technical staff in planning targets and annual program coverage and milestones, as well as setting multi-year physical consolidated program-level targets and their corresponding budget parameters.

 

Functions and Responsibilities:

Prepare guidelines and tools for consolidated Bureau-level planning, periodic accomplishment tracking, and commitment setting;Organize planning, reporting, process review, and organization evaluation seminars, activities, and conferences;Analyze, coordinate, and validate program-level implementation as well as prepare periodic status update reports for reference of PMB management and key principalsFormulate bureau-level multi-year implementation plansAnalyze, coordinate, validate, and ensure timely submission of program-level implementation status reports in coordination with various PMB divisionsEnsures the preparation and coordination of the national budget and funding (project planning, implementation, and post-implementation, including progress reports)Prepares semestral and annual performance reportsAct as Integrity Management and Risk Management Officer for the PMBAct as an alternate representative and support to DSWD Performance Management Team together with the HR focal person (OPC/R)Act as support to PMB Management Committee SecretariatAcknowledges, analyzes, comments, and provides inputs on program-level reportsAlign the PMB Thrusts and Priorities to DSWD Thrusts and PrioritiesAttends Technical Working Group (TWG), inter-bureau meetings and/or acts as focal person on the designated programPerform other related tasks as assigned by the TASS Head and/or the Bureau Director

6.     Consolidated Office Results Framework (Bureau-level Results Framework)

7.     Consolidated PMB Theory of Change

8.     Set Criteria for Targeting for alignment to DSWD targeting requirements, for technical assistance to division-level targeting

9.     Work and Financial Plan

10.   Annual Performance Measure

11.   PMB Annual Thrusts and Priorities

12.   Act on all assigned tasks by the Supervisors.

8.     Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and 

 

9.     Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable (For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required).
