Skills

:

Demonstrated capacity to design, develop, conduct, evaluate, and assess learning development activities and interventions, and conduct social marketing and advocacy activities. This includes the development of training modules and other educational/informational, advocacy materials.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Development Officer III will be under the supervision of the TASS Section Head. The PDO III shall act as the Information Officer of the Bureau, developing the Communication Plan, advocacy plan & materials, communication research, knowledge management plans, and handling the digital library, and managing KM corner, among others.

 

Functions and Responsibilities:

Drafting of Communication PlanDrafting of PMB Knowledge Management PlanFacilitation of Advocacy Materials (Advocacy Plan & IEC contents, designs and approvals)Facilitation of Public Relations (Handling of Media interviews, response to media questions, and Press releases)Conduct of Communication ResearchMonitoring and Enhancement of Digital LibraryManages the PMB KM Corner.Design and develop learning materials such as modules, slides, handouts, and manuals.Evaluate the effectiveness of all learning development and capacity-building activities of the program.

9.     Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable (For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required).
