Permanent Placement Recruiter Responsibilities 

Manage, coordinate, and support the complete 360-degree end-to-end recruitment process Responsible for new business development, identifying opportunities, and lead generation Build and execute effective sourcing, assessment, interview, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
Permanent Placement Recruiter Qualifications  5+ recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously  Proven experience recruiting for permanent roles in accounting/finance Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews regardless of platform
