JOB DESCRIPTION
Under minimal supervision, provides support in the technical and administrative requirements of the Office of the Bureau Director.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Assists in the delivery of the functions of the office of the Bureau Director;
2. Assists in preparing plans and monitor of budget, procurement and office supplies;
3. Undertakes Secretariat work on the following: Office Performance Contract and Review and Individual Performance Contracts and Reviews, CART, other TWGs and personnel hiring;
4. Prepares and submit reports as required in the above mentioned functions;
5. Attends staff meetings and other activities of the Knowledge Management Division and the Bureau; and
6. Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Director
Job Outputs:
1. Maintains Bureau work and financial plans
2. Prepares reports on the WFP, OPC, IPC and CART as required by the concerned offices
3. Organizes files for the WFP, OPC/R, IPC/R, CART and personnel hiring

8. Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
9. Authenticated or photocopy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
10. Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, as may be applicable.

(i) For those applicants from the public sector vying for promotion, a performance rating is required.
(ii) For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from the public sector: Latest and duly approved Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF).
