JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the general supervision and direction of the Division Chief/Section Head, the Project Development Officer (PDO) III is tasked to assist in the development of policies/guidelines, tools and systems related to assessment, auditing and certification/accreditation of learning service provider, Assists in the documentation and continuous improvement of the ICT-based system; Assists in conducting audits and assessments of learning service providers and subject matter experts; and performs other tasks necessary to the operations of SWDLI/Academy as may be assigned by the Division Chief.
Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and assist in the planning and coordination of activities related to accrediting Learning Service Providers within the Academy based on required standards;
2. Review and evaluate applications, coordinate assessment teams, facilitate assessment visits, prepare assessment reports and recommend certification status;
3. Assists in the preparation of audit reports as required;
4. Maintains a record of necessary files and documentation, organizes files and databases, tracks certification statutes, and updates records as needed;
5. Provide guidance on compliance requirements, and sharing best practices;
6. Respond to queries or concerns;
7. Support the division’s quality assurance effort and documents related activities if necessary;
8. Ensures timely submission of reports to Supervisors and relevant stakeholders
9. Collaborates and works effectively with team members within the division and across different departments or divisions within the Academy.
10. Provide support in the accreditation process of Competency-certified SWD Professionals;
11. Undertakes complete staff work and provides evaluation, technical inputs/recommendations on received documents in accordance with existing rules, policies and parameters set by the agency; and
12. Performs other tasks as may be required by the Division Chief e.g. attends to meetings, documents minutes as may be required, represents divisions in TWG’s etc.

1. Technical documents such as training regulations, assessment criteria and rubrics, audit, and compliance checklist, accreditation standards and guidelines, audit and assessment report etc.

7.Valid NBI/Police Clearance or proof of payment i.e. official receipt of the NBI/Police clearance;
8.Authenticated copy of Civil Service Eligibility and/or Valid PRC ID/Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) ID/proof of payment or schedule of appointment for the PRC/IBP renewal license; and
9.Performance Rating in the last rating period or its equivalent, if applicable.
Note: For internal (including COS workers) and external applicants from public sectors, latest and duly approved Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) is required.
