Two (2) slots for SOCIAL WELFARE OFFICER II (SWO II)

Salary Grade : SG 15 (Php36,619.00)
Minimum Qualification Standards:
Education : Bachelor's degree in Social Work
Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training
Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience
Eligibility : RA 1080 (SW)
Primary Tasks:
Handles court-related cases on adoption, youthful offenders, child abused, rape victims and others;
Conducts interviews, home visits, counseling, case management conferences;
Attends court hearings, coordinates networks with LGUs, NGAs, POs, NGOs, and GOs;
Prepares/submits project proposals, case studies and other reports;
Conduct Social Case Study / Social Adjustment Evaluation and Diagnosis
Conduct Individual and Group Counseling
Formulate Treatment Plan
Initiate a rehabilitation team meeting
Implement the treatment plan
Initiate the conduct of social case conference covering the dynamics of the client concerned
Performs other related tasks assigned.
